A deposit equal to 50% of the total rental fee, plus the applicable 6% Otsego County Occupancy Tax and 8% New York State sales tax, is required to confirm a reservation.
Payment may be made by credit card.
The remaining balance is due 30 days before the scheduled arrival date.
For reservations made within 30 days of arrival, the entire balance is due at the time of booking.
A $500 security deposit hold will be placed on the guest's credit card. The card will not be charged unless deductions are necessary. The hold will be released automatically within five days after departure, provided there is no damage, excessive cleaning, missing property, or violation of these policies.
Cancellation Policy
If written cancellation notice is received at least 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, all rental payments will be refunded, less a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the funds received as of the cancellation date.
If written cancellation notice is received fewer than 30 days before arrival, no refund will be issued unless Creamery Accommodations is able to rebook the apartment.
We will make every reasonable effort to rebook the apartment at the full rental rate. If it is rebooked at a lower rate, the refund will be based on the amount recovered from the replacement reservation, less a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the original full rental fee.
If Cooperstown Dreams Park and/or Cooperstown All Star Village cancels or alters its season, tournament, or scheduled games for any reason, this Cancellation Policy will remain in effect.
Guests who do not arrive for their reservation will be charged the full package price.
A guest may transfer to a less expensive apartment within the 30-day period before arrival; however, the guest will remain responsible for the rate applicable to the apartment originally reserved.
Damage, Cleaning and Additional Charges
Payment constitutes the guest's acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Guests are responsible for any damage, missing property, excessive garbage, extraordinary housekeeping, or violation of the Occupancy Rules caused by the guest or any member of the guest's party. Any additional charge will be based on an inspection and documentation completed by the property owner or the owner's representative following checkout.
Guests are responsible for damage to linens and towels, including stains caused by makeup. Designated makeup towels are provided and should be used when removing makeup. Additional makeup towels are available upon request. Damaged or permanently stained linens and towels will be charged at replacement cost.
Guests are responsible for maintaining and laundering the linens provided at check-in. Creamery Accommodations does not provide additional or replacement linens during the stay.
Smoking, Vaping and Tobacco Products
Creamery Accommodations is a non-smoking and non-vaping property.
Smoking, vaping, or spitting sunflower seeds, tobacco, nicotine pouches, or similar products is prohibited anywhere on the property except in the designated area at the rear of the building.
A violation of this policy will result in an automatic $500 charge to the guest's credit card.
Occupancy Rules
Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. on the arrival date, and checkout is at 9:00 a.m. on the departure date stated in the reservation confirmation.
Maximum occupancy is limited to the number of guests stated for each apartment on our website and reservation confirmation. Creamery Accommodations must be notified of any proposed change to the number of guests.
Only registered guests are permitted to use the apartments, grounds, parking areas, and other Creamery Accommodations facilities. Guests may not invite unregistered or non-resident visitors onto the property.
The Creamery Accommodations property, including its parking areas and outdoor spaces, is not an event or gathering venue. Parties and gatherings are prohibited. Guests may not congregate outside the apartments or in the parking areas.
Guests must conduct themselves in a manner that does not disturb other occupants or interfere with their comfort, safety, or peaceful enjoyment of the property.
Minor children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Pets are prohibited unless expressly permitted as a reasonable accommodation for a service animal. Unauthorized animals will result in an automatic $200 charge to the guest's credit card.
Interior furniture and furnishings may not be rearranged, removed from an apartment, or used outdoors.
Outdoor grilling is prohibited.
Guests are responsible for the actions of every member of their party and will be charged for repairs required because of abuse, misuse, or neglect.
Guests must immediately notify the owner or property representative of any condition, damage, malfunction, or other issue requiring attention. Failure to promptly report a problem may result in the guest being held responsible for additional damage.
Rental rates and availability are subject to change without notice until a reservation has been confirmed.
Events Beyond Our Control
Creamery Accommodations is not responsible for postponed or canceled baseball games, tournaments, or other events.
Creamery Accommodations shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cancellation, interruption, or delay resulting from transportation problems, accidents, fire, severe weather, labor disputes, governmental actions, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control. This includes actions by federal, state, county, or local authorities that restrict or prohibit the provision of lodging.
Internet Use
Guests may not use the property's internet service for any activity that violates local, state, federal, or international law or regulation, including fraudulent, threatening, unlawful, or obscene activity.
Creamery Accommodations and its owners are not responsible for a guest's misuse of the internet service or violation of these requirements.
Assumption of Risk and Liability
Outdoor and recreational activities involve inherent risks, including the risk of serious injury or death. Although reasonable efforts are made to maintain the property and its facilities, guests voluntarily assume the risks associated with their use of the premises and participation in outdoor or recreational activities.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the property owner shall not be liable for injury to guests or for loss of or damage to guests' personal property arising from their occupancy or use of the premises, except where liability cannot legally be waived.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our website, make a reservation, or communicate with us. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to third parties.
